Refund Policy

Deposits

Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to a future Camp Popville session within 12 months, depending on availability.

Payments

Refund Requests: To request a refund (excluding deposits), please email us at [Insert Email Address].
Refund Eligibility:
- 30+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund (excluding deposit).
- 15-29 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund (excluding deposit).
- 14 Days or Less Before Start Date: Refunds are not available.

Camp Cancellation

If Camp Popville cancels a session for any reason, all deposits and payments will be fully refunded or transferred to a future session based on your preference.
