Dates:​

Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st, 2025

10 am - 10 pm CST

Cost: 

$279 per person ​

​

Includes a writer spot for two full 12-hour days of Popville's writing camp, 2-3 writing sessions a day at a professional recording studio in Nashville, TN, professional demo recording opportunities, networking time with local non-country creatives, professional content coverage of the experience, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

Deposit Options:

Option 1

50% deposit required to secure your spot:​​

• $139.60 due August 20th

• $139.60 due September 12th

Option 2

Pay 100% of the full amount up front, and you will pay $259 ($20 Discount!)

 

Requirements:

• Must live in Nashville, TN, or have travel and housing arrangements set up for the evenings.

• Must primarily work in genres outside of country music.

• Must be able to pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot, if accepted.

 

What to Expect:

1) This retreat will take place at Last Dollar Studios in Nashville, TN, and will be a day camp Saturday and Sunday with the intent that you will return home in the evenings. 

 

2) We will be writing in a professional recording studio and matched up in groups of three that the Popville team will assign based on your applications. 

 

3) You will have the opportunity to write, record, and leave with up to four professional demos tracked at Last Dollar of your brand new songs! 

​

*As a bonus, we will also be providing a photographer/videographer who will be capturing the camp experience at no additional cost to you, and the gallery will be shared with you at the end of camp!

 

4) Lunch and Dinner will be provided along with snacks, so you don't have to worry about food (unless you prefer to bring your own, then by all means).

There are limited spots for this writing camp, so Popville will review each application with the goal of having a group of creatives that are the best fit for this experience and setting you each up for success! 

 

You should be contacted with a decision within 72 hours of your application VIA EMAIL.
